1. गेहूँ की खेती की महत्ता, इसकी मुख्य किस्में भी लिखें। इसको किस प्रकार बोया जाता है और काटा जाता है ?

What is the importance of growing wheat crop ? What are its main varieties, how it is sown and how it is harvested ?
2. मिर्च की खेती की महत्ता लिखें, इसकी मुख्य किस्में कौन-सी हैं, इसको बोने का तरीका तथा इनको किस प्रकार प्रयोग में लाया जाता है ?

Write about importance of chilies cultivation. What are its main varieties, its method of sowing, how the chilies are consumed ?
3. हरियाणा में रबी तथा खरीफ की कम से कम आठ-आठ फसलों के नाम लिखें, इसमें तिलहन, दलहन तथा सब्जियों के नाम भी लिख सकते हैं।

5. दिए गए सात प्रश्नों में से किन्हीं छः का उत्तर दें, प्रत्येक के तीन अंक हैं : 6 × 3 = 18
Do any six out of seven given below, each has three marks :
(i) हरियाणा में मुख्य शुष्क खेती करने वाले क्षेत्रों के नाम लिखिए। अच्छी फसलें लेने के लिए क्या-क्या बिन्दु हैं ?
Write name of main dry farming areas of Haryana. What are points to have better crops ?
(ii) नहर सिंचाई पर एक नोट लिखें।
Write a note on canal irrigation.
(iii) ट्रैक्टर में ठण्डा करने की क्या-क्या प्रक्रिया है और यह किस प्रकार कार्य करता है ?
What is the use of cooling system in the tractor and how it works ?
(iv) मधुमक्खी पालन पर एक संक्षिप्त विवरण लिखें।
Write a brief note on bee keeping.
(v) कम से कम छः बेल वाली सब्जियों के नाम लिखें।
Name the vine vegetables (at least six)
(vi) मक्का के किस्मों के नाम लिखें।
Write the varieties of maize crop.
(vii) उन फसलों के नाम लिखें जिनसे अनाज तथा पशुओं का चारा भी उपलब्ध होता है। पशु चारा वाली फसलों का भी नाम लिखें (कम से कम तीन)।
Name the three crops from which grains and fodder are available and write three fodder crops also.
6. दिए गए दस प्रश्नों में से किन्हीं नौ का उत्तर दें, प्रत्येक के दो अंक हैं : 9 × 2 = 18
Do any nine out of ten given below, each has two marks :
(i) खरपतवार-नियंत्रण करने के तरीकों के नाम लिखें।
Which are the weed control methods ?
(ii) बोने में प्रयोग होने वाले यन्त्रों के नाम लिखें।
What are the implements used for sowing ?
(iii) निकास नालियाँ क्यों बनायी जाती हैं ?
Why the drains are constructed ?
(iv) पनीरी से बोने वाली कम से कम चार सब्जियों के नाम लिखें।
Name the vegetables sown by transplanting from Paneeri (at least four).
(v) कपास की मुख्य किस्मों के नाम लिखें।
Name the main varieties of cotton crop.
(vi) तिलहन फसलों के कम से कम चार नाम लिखें।
Name the oil seed crops (at least four).
(vii) ट्रैक्टर के कम से कम आठ भागों के नाम लिखें।
Name at least eight parts of tractor.
(viii) कम से कम चार फसल उत्पादन में प्रयोग होने वाली वस्तुओं के नाम लिखें।
Name the inputs used for any crop production (at least four).
(ix) कृषि विभाग पर एक संक्षिप्त नोट लिखें।
Write a short note on agricultural department.

Do any twelve out of thirteen questions given below, please answer right or wrong, each has one mark :
(i) छोटा ट्रैक्टर बगीचों में अधिक उपयोगी है।
Power tiller is useful in gardens.
(ii) बाजरा रबी की फसल नहीं है।
Bajra is not a Rabi crop.
(iii) हरियाणा की स्थिति सब्जियाँ उगाने के लिए बड़ी उपयुक्त है।
Haryana is ideally located for vegetable cultivation.
(iv) आलू एक शुष्क क्षेत्र की फसल नहीं है।
Potato is not a dry area crop.
(v) रेशम के कीड़ों की खेती छोटे पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों में की जाती है।
Silk worm cultivation is done in semi hilly areas.
(vi) महाराष्ट्र में सिंचाई क्षेत्र का प्रतिशत सबसे अधिक है।
Highest percentage of irrigated area is in Maharashtra.
(vii) ग्वार शुष्क क्षेत्रों की फसल है।
Cluster bean is mostly dry land areas crop.
(viii) फसल अवशेष का जलाना, वातावरण के लिए एक प्रमुख विषय है।
Burning of crop residue is one major issue for environment.
(ix) कुछ किसान अब टपका तथा फव्वारा प्रणाली द्वारा सिंचाई अपनाने लगे हैं।
Some Farmers have started drip and sprinkler irrigation.
(x) मल्चिंग नमी संरक्षण के लिए लाभदायक है।
Mulching is useful for moisture conservation.
(xi) थ्रेशर फसल बोने की मशीन है।
Thresher is used for sowing of crops.
(xii) किसान ट्रैक्टर तथा उपकरण किराये पर चलाते हैं।
Farmers are using implements and tractor for custom hiring.
(xiii) मधुमक्खी पालन वनस्पति पर निर्भर है।
Bee keeping depends on amount of vegetation.
