(ii) प्रश्न क्रमांक 1 में सोलह (i-xvi) वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रश्न हैं। प्रत्येक प्रश्न एक-एक अंक का है। प्रश्न (i) से (viii) तक बहुवैकल्पिक प्रश्न हैं। प्रत्येक प्रश्न में चार विकल्प दिये गये हैं जिसमें से सही विकल्प का चयन कीजिए। प्रश्न (ix) से (xii) तक प्रत्येक प्रश्न का उत्तर एक शब्द में दीजिए तथा प्रश्न (xiii) से (xvi) तक में रिक्त स्थानों की पूर्ति कीजिए।
(iii) प्रश्न क्रमांक 2 से 11 तक अतत-लघूत्तरात्मक प्रश्न हैं। प्रत्येक प्रश्न दो-दो अंकों का है। प्रत्येक प्रश्न का उत्तर एक या दो वाक्यों में अथवा कुछ शब्दों में होना चाहिए।
(iv) प्रश्न क्रमांक 12 से 19 तक लघूत्तरात्मक प्रश्न हैं। प्रत्येक प्रश्न चार-चार अंकों का है। प्रत्येक प्रश्न का उत्तर लगभग 50 से 60 शब्दों में होना चाहिए।
(v) प्रश्न क्रमांक 20 व 21 निबन्धात्मक प्रश्न हैं। प्रत्येक प्रश्न फ़:-फ़: अंकों का है। प्रत्येक प्रश्न का उत्तर लगभग 100 से 150 शब्दों में होना चाहिए।
(vii) सभी निबंधात्मक प्रश्नों में आंतरिक छूट उपलब्ध है। ऐसे प्रश्नों में से आपको केवल एक ही प्रश्न करना है।

Note: (i) All questions are compulsory. Marks of each question are indicated against it.
(ii) Question No. 1 has sixteen (i- xvi) Objective Type Questions. Each question is of one mark. Questions from (i) to (viii) are multiple choice type questions. Each question carries four options, from which choose the correct option. Questions from (ix) to (xii) are one word answer questions and questions from (xiii) to (xvi) are related to fill in the blanks.
(iii) Question Nos. 2 to 11 are Very Short Answer Type Questions. Each question is of two marks. The answer of these questions should be in one or two sentences or in few words.
(iv) Question Nos. 12 to 19 are Short Answer Type Questions. Each question is of four marks. The answer of each question should approximately be in 50 to 60 words.
(v) Question Nos. 20 & 21 are Essay Type Questions. Each question is of six marks. The answer to these questions should approximately be in 100 to 150 words each.
(vi) Internal choice is available in all essay type questions. You have to attempt only one of the given choice in such questions.
